CalHauntS By-Laws (dated this day of 11/11/06)
CalHauntS' main purpose is to provide monthly workshops at which items
are fabricated for use in Halloween/haunt attractions or displays.

CalHauntS workshops shall be organized by a volunteer committee of five
members working together (no leader), chosen at random at the September
workshop for the following year from a pool of those volunteering.
Volunteers for the workshop organizing committee shall have attended at
least three workshops in the past year, and shall plan on attending as
many as possible as they help us in the coming year.

toward this requirement, as do any additional ìsideî workshops if they
are designated CalHauntS events (ie: 2005's welding workshop).
The workshop committee shall arrange for volunteer coordinators as it
see's fit. For example:
Workshop logistics (a member of the workshop organizing committee)
New members
Potluck
Door prize
CalHauntS members shall disseminate information to each other via an
on-line message board and/or website.
A member of CalHauntS can only be removed from the group/message board
by a majority vote of the active membership.
CalHauntS workshops shall be provided to itsí members for the actual
cost of materials necessary for the project.
Any member expending his/her funds to purchase goods or services for or
on behalf of the group does so at his/her own financial risk if the
expenditures have not been authorized in advance by majority vote of
the active membership.
Message board moderator(s) shall serve for no more than one consecutive
